I have been taking my dogs there for years and it has always been a positive experience!
This is the most unprofessional practice I have been associated with. Dr. Kile is rude, having hung up on my new veterinarian twice when she called to request my pet's records. Dr. Kile refused to release my pet's records. Dr. Kile's practice takes cash or check only, so if you bank at a place where you only have a debit card, he has no way for you to pay. Despite his archaic practices, his impatience with receiving payment causes him report you to small claims court within one typical billing cycle, therefore likely doubling your bill in court fees. His unreasonable nature causes me to feel sorry for the ladies who work for him. I wouldn't return to this practice if it were the last place on earth, and I would recommend you drive to the next nearest provider as well.
I love going to Kiles. They have given me great service for all of my dogs and then some. I have had people that I know to switch to their services and have been satisfied since. At this current time, they only accept cash or check, but does not take away from their great service.
